  1. Office of Student Affairs

The Office of Student Affairs coordinates all aspects of student life from the social to the academic. The Office helps connect students to essential services including: accommodation, medical care, catering, transport, and financial support.



Accommodation: Kenya-AIST offers fully furnished Halls of Residence for both students and staff, providing a safe, comfortable, and convenient living environment that supports academic focus and community life.



  1. Kenya-AIST Financial Aid Desk (Kenya-AIST FAD)

    The Financial Aid Desk supports students in meeting their financial obligations by providing guidance and access to:

     

  • Scholarships and stipends

  • Research support and travel awards

  • Work-study programmes

  • Institute and departmental scholarships

  • Teaching and Research Assistantship opportunities

 

  1. The International Office

The International Office supports both incoming international students and Kenya-AIST students travelling abroad for academic engagements. Services include:

 

  • Pre-travel information and guidance

  • Immigration and documentation support

  • Assistance with settling into life at Kenya-AIST
